Great range, prices as per the catalog and online. Have stock and can advise order times if not. Staff do their best to get you what you need. Offer reasonable advice and service. Parking has been upgraded now and works better. Plenty in there for everyone.

Absolutely not recommend!! Me and my partner bought a fridge and wanted to run it with solar. These guys sold us a wrong and way too big solar panel with a tiny battery and said it will last the whole night. Firstly this combination wouldn’t even work but if the battery would work it would only last max. 6 hours and then the battery would be absolutely flat. Every other place we went after said that they can’t believe what they sold us. Even another jaycar. It just didn’t make any sense. We couldn’t even use the 3 items together and had a lot of trouble. Worst place!!

I have been given wrong information on the phone and in person that universal remote works with Logan Tv , when I couldn’t find the code I tried to call and they were rude and not ready to listen to client feedback. Now they want to do dramas with product return , twice I was given misleading information .. I hate writing negative however these guys are playing with my patience

Merchandise is extensive and well priced, but the staff are SOOO rude. Never have I been made to feel less welcome in a store. From actively ignoring me, to rolling their eyes when they have to walk down the store to help me find what I'm looking for, to insulting me when I refused to breach social distancing rules when a staff member wanted to walk past me. The manager ought to be ashamed!!!!
