Very comfortable with excellent meals prepared by the in-house chef, great gym and activities programs, the Art Room is well stocked and staff are awesome, the Programs are well run and overall the staff genuinely care for the Patients. A very positive experience when a little extra help is needed during difficult times. I would highly recommend a stay here if needed.

I have tried for weeks to get through to admissions but no one had answered the phone and I have left numerous voicemails from both me and my mother and no one has contacted me back. I sent through all the documentation necessary for the impatient program but received no sort of contact afterwards. Absolutely a waste of time and effort. If this is how they treat patients before even coming to the clinic I wonder how they actually treat them inside.

Currently staying in the hospital it's by far the best place I have stayed better than alot of motels even. The nurses and service provided are 10/10 very clean rooms spacious courtyard to relax in the sun and a great sized gym to workout in. All in all I can not recommend this place enough. Doctors are also very good, very happy with my stay.

I visited a friend who was staying at the hospital and was amazed by the supportive staff, cool activities offered, relaxed environment and comfy accommodation.

It’s a place of support and care. The staff are so supportive and with a smile and” how can we help, “there is a way of light to help one get to the next step. Mark is the most caring and genuine man who not only fixes things, he teaches ukulele and brings people together to make music and laugh. He’s always helpful, and kind. Kindness is a thing you find all around here. The cleaning staff, the wait staff in the dining room, Ally is the most friendly and caring staff member. She remembers your name. The food here is delicious and balanced. It brings people together. The yoga classes with Natalie and Russell are the most healing and elevating things to do. It’s profound. The nursing staff are deeply caring as well as professional and supportive. The Doctors are also the same. Always available and here to guide. This is a place of security and space, to heal and learn in your own way.

Mental hospital- Don’t waste your time or money. 3week course-Patients have nothing to do most of the day, except 2 or 3 short group sessions where all you do is listen to everyone else complaining and the trainer tell you how wonderful the hospital is. No activities except a huge folder of paperwork, you have to fill out and a colouring In room! A Nurse opens your room door to check your their but offers no help. Complete waste of time. My family member came out more depressed than they went in and on twice the medication. It’s run like a business..... not impressed

I’ve been in and out of a few different hospitals in nsw and South Pacific private seems to be the best place for proper nurse to patient relationships. 99% of the nurses are just wonderful and actually listen to you. I’ve been here 6 days now. Mental health clinics always have their flaws, but this one seems to have the least issues. No mental health clinic seems to get nurse - psych communication right but this one is the closest I’ve had.
