MINUS 5 STARS Don't buy anything from them. I paid for 'rare' dvd's. Two weeks and no notice of being sent, two emails, no reply, another email via pay pal, no reply. Thank goodness I paid via pay pal and was able to have my money refunded. I rarely write negative reviews as everyone is entitled to off days, mistakes etc, but this was ridiculous.

If there was a 0 stars I would give that instead of a 1. Professionalism upon arrival was appalling. I was led to believe it would take a few days to convert. I had three weeks until I required the dvd. I was advised I would get a call and hadn't heard anything in about two weeks. Last week I called and was sold someone would call me back... never happened. I called again today (one day before I needed it) was advised someone would call me back. Almost two hours later... no response. So i called again. The staff we're incredibly rude on the phone. No apology offered. When I questioned if it would be ready in time I was snapped at and told they we're really busy. Appalling customer service! Never again!
Super low quality, very rude and disgusting customer service since the start. Website clearly says quality and service would be top notch but instead, it's a top notch disaster. Been about 4 times before only because it was my local but after seeing the quality of DVD both video last time, I have decided I may as well buy my own hardware and software and save me the trip (and money). Started off mediocre and has only gone downhill from there 5/5 would not recommend.
I have found BPS Video Services to be polite and extremely helpful. David has provided me with over the phone assistance with a project that I am working on and was very understanding of me as a complete novice.
