Wow what an amazing company ! My ducted air conditioning died. I called Raisbeck Refrigeration and spoke to a lovely lady that arranged for someone to come out the next day. It was a Friday and not a straight forward job. The amazing technician that came stayed after hours and to not inconvenient myself he took parts etc back to the work shop to work on. They wanted to work on the Saturday, which I said was not necessary, they were back first thing Monday morning. While all this was occurring I was receiving calls from the owners to inform me of the costs so they were not a surprise. I more then happy to pay the initial bill but to my surprise the bill was reviewed by the owners and the cost was drastically reduced. I could not recommend this business more. It would be difficult to find a more efficient, friendly and professional business.

This is the most expensive refrigerator we have ever used. They charge 30 mins while they are writing the docket walking out of the door (45 just for doing this). 2 Hours and 15 minutes just for putting 2kg Gas in. Trust me they are a lot more better and cheaper than these guys. I’m not being so mean but I have used many companies for doing these kind of fixing and this company is way too expensive (536) for a Gas filling.

You were able to organise the parts with short notice and arrange the installation within days of my contacting your business. Your workers arrived on time, were extremely courteous and even offered to vacuum any mess they made during the installations. Your professionalism and quality of work was fantastic.
