Great experience My wife and I really enjoy our monthly whisky tastings. It gives us an opportunity to try different styles we’d never get to sample otherwise. We have certainly improved our appreciation of whisky and our profiling of whisky has improved enormously, we sound like whisky snobs now. The tasting notes are very useful. Great service, great value for money and great whisky. I can't find fault with them (and I'm old and grumpy so can find fault with most things).

Absolute hit! I bought this for my fiancé as a gift and he absolutely loved it. He said he had never heard of this before and is now looking at a subscription! The three in the pack were some of his favourite brands and he said they were amazing! Such a great way to sample a range of whisky’s! Highly recommend as he really enjoyed them!

Okay, my first experience with them was wonderful. My partner bought me a 3 month subscription of the Whiskey's of the world, and that was great. However, what has happened guys? Out of the blue you guys charged me for another subscription that I never signed up for, you still had my payment details which I tried removing, and when I tried to cancel the subscription I couldn't, even though I pressed the cancel button on multiple devices, multiple locations and multiple different occasions so it definitely isn't something on my end… I then emailed you 4 times about 2 weeks ago and got no response until 4 days ago, I also called 3 times during business hours but the phone just rang out. In these emails I asked for the cancellation of my details, my account, a cancellation on the subscription I had been thrown into, a cancellation on the product that was being prepared and a refund. Of this, your customer service lass canned my account and subscription but didn't cancel the product that was meant to come or give me a refund. The product arrived today, and I am furious. What the hell Whiskey loot? not good enough!! What ever is going on with you guys it needs to be fixed, I get its been a rough year but don't give people like me an excuse to not come back. I'll be returning the whiskey back to sender, it's unopened and I expect a refund in the next month. And please don't give me a stock standard automated response, everyone takes feedback seriously...
