My family has been there for years, but from day-one, the doctors there are utterly uncaring. All they care about is . Only went there for convenience, but recent encounter with a more than usual, rude and condescending doctor, we decided to look for alternative. There are definitely better caring doctors out there.

Came here after being dissapointed with my regular doctors lack of care, Dr Hanna was amazing I was in a lot of pain which she controlled straight away made an appointment for me to see a specialist asap and within 14 days I had been operated on and able to walk without pain, Dr Hana is a very caring doctor and takes Tim to listen to her patients I really don' care if I have to wait 3 hours beyond my appointment time to see her, to me it shows that we are patients and not numbers to these doctors and they are willing to take the time that they deem necessary to treat every patient with the best of care. Would highly recommend this practice

I had booked a phone consultation a day in advance to make sure that i Will receive a callback within 0.5 hr from the booked time , and now 3.0 hrs later Im still waiting for a phone call from Dr. This is not a professional service, As people are working and allocating a specific time for this service the Doctor's should make sure that the patient gets looked after within a 0.5 hrs of the appointment . No excuses, as ( we have been very busy) because all consultation dont take up the same time some take longer and some take less time, at the end the appointment should be on time

Arrived at Brandon Park reception and pleasantly greeted the lady at the reception desk Twice. She was rude and no acknowledgement of how to greet back pleasantly . Not a a great patient experience

This clinic would have to be by far the worst I’ve ever been to in my life! They need MINUS STARS RATING. Reception staff both rude. The wait was over 1 & 1/2 hours with an appointment. No apology for running late then was spoken to by a female Indian doctor like I was a complete imbecile. Her manner was atrocious and judgemental. I would NEVER return to this medical centre and strongly advise others don’t go. Even during COVID it was like a cattle call. The amount of people coming and going was not monitored and totally unacceptable during a pandemic. It’s medical clinics like this and female Indian doctors that give bulk billing a bad name.

I have been coming here for years.. today I've come here again concerning my mental health, feeling like im at the end of my rope and needing to do something. I booked my appointment for 1:10pm and there were 2 people when I arrived. I've been here 50 minutes and watched 7 people enter after me and leave before me.. this is why people struggle to get help, because we feel as if its not taken seriously
