If you want any mechanical work done on your van especially brake servicing, do not use this company. They did a service on our van brakes and since we have had no end of problems. We ended up having to replace the complete backing plates on all 4 wheels elsewhere and now have a safe and usable van. Very Disappointed

Steve & Nicole have looked after our Retreat Montague from the day we bought it brand new from the dealer in Brisbane. From warranty work, servicing and more recently a full side & roof replacement following a horrendous hail storm we cannot be more happy with their service. Highly recommended.

This was not the service you would have thought from a local Boy. If you need anything done on you RV don't go there. The owner swears, lies and carries on like a man possessed and called us wankers and poofters... Is this the way we like to be treated ? NO. When he says one thing he does another... Caravan was left there to be sold.... The condition on return some six months later.. We found the caravan absolutely filthy..... Nothing could describe the sight, Even the bed appeared to have been used... Promise of a detail was not done... So if you need work done, go the many other RV repairers in Gympie, only 50kms away. Well worth the effort.

I agree don't take your caravan here I went there to get my caravan serviced for a trip to Tassie and back from QLD they did brakes, bearings and fitted a diesel heater. Had to go back tank on heater leaking, got halfway through trip wondering why one wheel getting very hot under breaking, looked underneath only to find the 2 rear wheels breaks weren't even connected. Bloddy hell Steve that's absolutely shocking. Sorry mate I'll never be back.
