Be careful with these guys! I ordered a window with 100mm reveal (following the instructions from my carpenter). They informed me it would cost an extra 50gst to trim the reveal to 100, to which I agreed and paid for. I drove an hour there and an hour back to pick it up the day before my carpenter was booked in to do the work. It turns out they didn’t build it to the specs I requested and they didn’t customise the reveal. Never mind it cost me an extra 200 from the plasterer to square set and solve the issue, but when I told them they should at least consider returning the extra fee they charged for a job they didn’t do, they declined! If they steal 55 from a no one like me, imagine how much money they are stealing from builders and businesses? Unbelievable that a business would risk damaging their reputation for 55 bucks, and will now have to liaise with FairTrading.. for 55?. That shows that in addition to poor craftsmanship they have zero vision as a business. Stay away from them.
