What a great place for kids BUT, I found the lack of enforcement of the rules quite clearly displayed, a little discerning. My 3 year old granddaughter was quite frightened by this 14yr (guessing age) boy who insisted on crawling up the slide then swinging from one of the supports, his carer too busy socialising to worry about what was happening. Was feeling quite uncomfortable while this scenario played out. Many parents went up the slide with their children which I understood but still the rules state no adults. No one seemed to care, especially the staff which was a pity. Great place but needed more supervision, not a cheap visit so expect more please.

The kids really enjoyed their selves and the food was great

A great place to take the kids , reasonable pricing . Great venue for kids birthday parties , if you do use it for birthday parties though do it on a weekday after school , it's quiet and heaps cheaper , plus it wears the kids out for bedtime .

All Kids love Chipmunks and it's a great place to take them on a stinking hot humid day because it's Air-conditioned. Staff, coffee and Food are Great.

Great place to take the kids for a play out of the heat. It's got a great cafe for coffee and food too. The playgrounds separated into 3 different age groups; babies, under 5s and 5 and up but really the 5 and up can easily be navigated by 2 yr Olds. The only downside is that some of the guns weren't working and given the big interest from the kids would of been great if more were working and there were more soft balls and baskets to help the kids collect them. Price wise I think not too bad however for families taking multiple children could add up quickly especially if adding food and drinks.

Prices have doubled? Wow. Getting a bit expensive now for 2 or more especially with food and drinks. What a shame. We used to love going there. Out of my reach now.

Been on two occasions. Both times were horrible. First time children who much older than two were running around playing in the under 2 area, bowling over and frightening small children under two. Had to intervene as it was unsafe while staff look on and do nothing to maintain child safety. Dedicated age zones meant to be safer play for all ages - but this is not the case. Second time arrived at 1pm and went to Cafe. Cafe food cabinet empty, staff advised Cafe was closed including coffee as they were closing at 2pm. That is one hour away. Sure the kitchen is closed, but it doesn't take an hour to clean a coffee machine. Staff didn't care about this and shrugged. Maybe if they had children of their own they would understand just how difficult it can sometimes be to get out of the house to go somewhere where you think you can relax. Why bother paying staff who don't actually provide cafe service because they felt like closing up early?

It's a good place for kids. Adult need to bring a friend to talk or headphones to not get stressed from the noise.
