Called him in to cut out a circle in existing piece of glass for a cat flap, breaks the glass apologies then comes back next day with a new piece of glass and wants to charge me double the original price because he smashed the glass himself, unbelievable i told him so you break the glass and it’s our fault amazing, I paid him the original quote and never again will I call him, he is a arrogant man and no customer service at all, he has no care factor for helping looks like he hates his job.
Peter was dishonest with his initial quote Charging us extra. He was very rude. Plenty of other contractors in the area.
