Guy installed glass balustrades around our raised alfresco and outdoor stairs. His work and product is professional, knows the building code requirements, keeps you informed of progress, cleans up after his work and is an all round lovely person. Would use him again and recommend him without hesitation.
Writing this review to thank Glass with Class as sit a reflect on my time is Australia, also for anyone interested in hearing from the employees Guy takes a lot of pride about the quality of his work, never once was I rushed or were corners cut. On our weekly runs to Bunnings I always saw that he provided the clients the best materials, choosing the better brands over the cheaper every time - something which I know isn’t adopted industry wide. After dealing with below average quality builders it was such a relief to find good quality tradespeople. Glass with Glass installed our balcony glass balustrade and railing on our new home and did an absolutely fabulous job, on time and reasonably priced . Guy Chapman was meticulous in all facets of work and was not happy to leave until everything was perfect. Highly recommended to any future clients.
I called Guy two days ago asking for a repair on a broken glass pool fence. He said he would give us a quote after a site visit, I also send him a photo of the job instantly. After two days of desperate waiting, concerning kids safety,called him again to follow up, he said he wouldn't replace broken glass!!! Why wouldn't you say that the first time? Or at least after seeing the photo?!!! It was only the burden of sending a text message! Not happy at all...
