I've always hated gyms and exercise really until I found this one. For the first time in my life, I love exercising and look forward to going to the gym. To anybody who knows me irl this is a big change for me!!!! These guys provide a supportive, non-judgmental and seriously FUN environment to work out in. I have arthritis so that the coaches were experienced and could modify exercises around injuries but still get results was important to me.
Absolutely amazing people and amazing coaches Kim and Louise Heta have a real passion for not only boxing but bringing the best out of those they train both physically and mentally! They have given me all the tools I need to live a healthy and active life. I strongly recommend A-Team boxing Yoga if your looking to turn your life around or advance your fitness to whole new level.
When i moved to werribee i needed to find a new boxing gym to go to i have now been going to A-Team for over a year and a half i would defiantly not look back im glad i came to A-Team Kim & Lou are such great people i wouldnt ever want to go anywhere else!
