I am extremely pleased with Kennards Self Storage Waterloo. It's such a well run storage company. The staff are awesome, so eager to assist you in the great storage system they operate. Parking is plentiful, with keyed security codes for operating the entry gates, for coming & going. The self storage allocations are easy to access, with a trolley & elevator access. I would certainly recommend Kennards Waterloo!

For our recent move we went to Kennards Waterloo for our boxes and packing needs. I can’t thank the lovely Sylvia enough for her help and expertise. She gave us some great advice and we got everything we needed in one trip. It’s service like this that makes you come back. Very happy
The customer service was impeccable though I was told that on the day that if the storage was too big that I could get smaller storage. My stuff only took up half the storage unit and I’m still paying for a larger storage unit. That’s the only thing I would say but other than that they were amazing. It just sucks I’m stuck paying for a larger storage unit that I don’t need

The team at Waterloo were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and showed me around, checked my codes were working and even walked me to my site etc Brianna was the main contact I dealt with and I have nothing but praise for her. Very helpful and friendly
