I've had my kitchen done in 2021. Sean designed the perfect space taking in our needs and coming up with design innovations I would have not otherwise have thought of. The installation went like a dream and we could not be happier. THANKS APOLLO

Never again, there are so many options out there for Kitchens. The sales process was good as expected most places have good sales. 8 weeks later we received a call 2 days prior to delivery. Informed that there was a delay and given another date a week later. On the next day of delivery, we called to find out what time. Not only did we have to call we were again informed of a delay and given a story about door quality being poor and having to be redone. At this point, we explained that there should be no problems installing the units without the doors so we can continue other building processes. Everything has been organized to complete before Christmas with buffers in place for delays. No response, no feedback, delaying tactics in taking our calls. Finally, we were told we have to wait another week. The manager responded that there is no point in going to fair trading as they will just ask us if there is a plan and we will tell them there is. There is a clause in their contract that states 20% penalty on us for any delays caused by us. This penalty is not reciprocated and we are going to have significant delays and costs in trying to reorganize everything around the Christmas break. The conversation ended with their manager saying I have to go as I have nothing more to say. I cannot say if there are better places out there, as how often renovate a kitchen. What I can say is that Apollo are neither honest, professional or responsive to you as a customer. As we have no other choice and have already paid for everything upfront. I can only pray and hope that when it finally does get installed it is quality. It is now Feb 2021 and still not completed. It is safe to say if I posted the complete story people would think it is a fiction novel.
About 9 months since we had our kitchen designed and installed by Apollo Kitchens Waterloo and we can say that we are very happy with the end result. We now have a fantastic looking kitchen and everything has held up quality wise since the install. We absolutely love it. Gabrielle was great to deal with through the design phase of our project. She was integral into transforming my wife's vision into a working design. The tradesmen were a pleasure to deal with and any mistakes made along the way were always rectified without complaint. Was moderately expensive but this is by no means a budget company that supplies low quality products. Also for the convenience of having a company handle everything from design through to completion was absolutely worth it in my opinion.
I am so excited about my new kitchen! It is now the pride of my home, thanks to Apollo. I had a lovely experience working with your team who were very considerate when installing the kitchen. They went out of their way to ensure my entire family was as comfortable as possible during the project. They always kept time and were very well coordinated. I am truly impressed by the level of professionalism they exhibited and I have already referred Apollo to a couple of my friends.
Apollo Kitchen helped sort out the best design for my kitchen. I had lots of ideas and didn’t really know where to start. Good thing I sought out their help. My Kitchen looks stunning and I am ready to flaunt it this coming weekend to my friends.
