Picked up a new King Mattress and base from Stuart and the team last week. What brilliant service. Stuart listened to all our needs. We were able to try all beds that were recommended and after the first night we new it was the best choice. We couldn’t recommend Stuart and the team highly enough. I spent a lot of time looking online and digesting reviews, with so many 'new' mattress companies it's difficult to trust the hype. We finally decided to go and try some ourselves, I was still a bit weary and avoided the 'big names', we went to a bunch of 'alternative' mattress places but ended up in Forty Winks Warrawong anyway. Immediately we knew we were in the right place. They explained every mattress thoroughly and told us things we never learnt online. We got a consultation not a sales pitch. We got a better deal than we could find anywhere else, they sorted out delivery to our new house and made everything simple. Honestly, just go straight to Forty Winks and skip the confusion.
Rude and very unthoughtful, judgemental man who quickly lost our custom. Rude to the point he wasn't forthcoming to our needs.

Purchased our queen sized bed frame end of may for a great price of 700, paid the whole amount and was told we could pick up the bed in 2 weeks. I rang them just over 2 weeks later to see if the frame was ready and was told it wasn't so I waited for them to contact me. Few days/week later the manager calls and says the bed frame has arrived in Australia but will be in quarantine for 1 month and I wouldnt receive the frame until mid july. I was so confused and hung up the phone, I rang back and a man answered told him the story and that I was never told the bed was coming from china or that it would need to be quarantined and he agreed i should have been told, he offered to see if any other shop had the bed frame in stock. He rang back not long after and said that no where had the bed in stock so I asked could I take the floor stock instead.. he had to ask the manager permission which was fine. The manager rang back and told me I wouldn't see the bed until the end of july and by this point I was just getting super frustrated and felt like I was being told different answers each call, when I explained to her I was never told any of this when purchasing the bed and i wouldn't have purchased it had i known it would be quarantined she simply laughed and answered back "welcome to the world of corona virus" and also i should have known the bed wasn't made in Australia because "it was only 700" Beyond disappointed with her attitude. I got the floor stock in the end with no discount. However when picking up the frame the staff were really lovely and helpful, I really appreciated them loading it all in the car and with great attitude and friendliness. Don't see myself purchasing from them again though.
