Dr Helen Loan is the greatest Dr I have ever had. She is thorough, understanding, friendly and very diligent. In the short time that I have met her she diagnosed a couple of problems that have been previously diagnosed as anxiety by other medical clinics. I cannot speak highly enough of her, she's fabulous and a great credit to Warragul. Phone consults have been easy and informative the clinic request you make an appointment via text for results which is great.

Have seen 4 different GPs at this clinic and they have ways been professional, genuinely caring, up to date and competent. Phone/online consults have been on time (varies between GPs, one runs chronically late, one is almost always on time, others in between) haven't given us any bad advice and have been patient with me asking a million questions. Will keep going there. I like that it's easy to get appointments, if everyone realised how good a clinic this was it would be harder to get appts...

Victoria Street were able to accommodate for an appointment on the same day I rang, and reception staff were nice. Dr Aleks Stankovic had a kind and pleasant manner. He conducted a thorough examination, asking appropriate questions and pertinent negatives, reviewing history and a physical examination. I feel this appointment could have been improved by some more detailed discussion in some areas. As a patient, I personally prefer to have more discussion about possible provisional diagnosis (pending results of tests). Additionally, I feel it is important to advise young women (18-25) that a pelvic ultrasound may occur transvaginally, for those who may not have experienced this before. I paid a 30 gap fee as it was a Sunday, but thought this was reasonable.

The worst medical practice I have come across....always late for appointments and they 'miss' bookings (on their behalf either it wasn't booked or forgotten). I've had to chase up blood tests, mind you for which I am still waiting for the results. Do not attend unless you are in absolute dire.

The whole Team at Victoria Street medical are first class ...You feel like your a person not just a number. .. The doctors engage with you and dont just sit looking for answers on there computer screens ...I have been attending this clinic for nearly two years and have always found service levels exceptional ..added bonus is they are bulk billed fully recommend this practice. .

This clinic has excellent doctors and the worst doctors I have ever encountered. To have one doctor dismiss my husband's serious health complaints has resulted in a continuing worsening of his life threatening conditions. I cannot say the bad doctor's name, but if you are not happy there is at least one other excellent doctor you could request to see.

Worst medical clinic in Warragul. Always wait around 40 minutes to an hour to see the Doctor. They need to manage their patient appointments better! Only go here if you are really desperate!
