Mixed experience in dealing with horseland warragul. Positives - some staff members are amazingly polite, helpful and knowledgeable, and go out of way to be helpful Negative - can take an exceptionally long time to be served/receive assistance at times - had an experience with a very unhelpful and rude staff member who failed to help in store or follow up twice. This resulted in my making a complaint to management, which was not addressed satisfactorily by them at all I believe that I would prefer to take my business online from now on
