I bought 2 bikes from these jokers . Stuffed me around from the beginning couldn't get my order right .And when it came to warranty they had all the excuses.. but just wanted to charge me . Owner has no idea of what bike is in for what service and can't return phone calls . Overall unorganised and hopeless . I encourage as many people as possible to go elsewhere ..
Just ordered some bontrager and shimano parts for my trek domane sl6 off rohan and tony. The crew couldnt have been more helpful with advise and suggestions. My no.1 bike shop.
Can't recommend enough, after multiple shops finally found a shop that was welcoming, staff knew what they were talking about and didn't discriminate because I was a women or was told that it's 1 size fits all.
Collected my new Trek today and can only say how happy I was with the process. The bike was great, apart from a slight scratch on the battery cover: too small to even comment on really. Adam would not let me go until he had taken photos and logged it with Trek. Within an hour, he rang me back to say Trek would be sending out a new cover and some shirts to compensate for the inconvenience. First impressions count and I can only say that I am super impressed with the level of service shown
Orderd a helmet online, 2months went by. I opted out for the refund after coming to terms there was never a helmet coming LOL.
Ordered parts from this store for which they were happy to accept money for as well as a 10 delivery fee. After 10 days and no delivery, I enquired about whether the parts had been despatched. I was told they didn't have the stock & would I be happy to accept a similar product. Had I have not enquired, who knows when they would have bothered telling me they didn't have the parts in stock. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GETTING WHAT YOU PAY FOR !! By the way....the parts still haven't arrived over two weeks later !!
I'm disappointed with the service. We came in as complete beginners, havent had a bike since being a child. We were dhown each model and given what seemed to be really knowledgeable advice on each bike. We chose the Marlin 5's, happy that it had the lock out suspension as advised, found out later that this isn't the cade you can only stiffen the suspension. Really enjoyed my bike and then took it for its free service, now my bike grinds on the easiest of terrain and feels laboured to ride, really disappointed. In short I wouldn't recommend the service but love the products.
