BUYER BEWARE. I bought a replacement engine worth 1250 with this company and turns out to be overheating. They will not replace nor give you refund as they will blame it on you that it is your fault during the installation and did not follow their warranty procedure. The owner Daniel will brag that they sell 28 engines a week but does not even pay GST and be careful as Its staff gets agitated whenever you try to return the item you have bought from them. I have tried QCAT but unfortunately after 10 months the tribunal dismissed my case as the adjudicator admitted that she knew nothing about cars, how radiator works, overheating and held that Daniel was more sensible because of his experience in cars. I do not intend to completely discredit this company but the way they rip-off consumers is just beyond savage. Attached is my receipt. My loss is your gain.
Only giving one star because thats the lowest i can give. The guy was just outride rude, i asked him what hed value a car thats being either recycled or scrapped or part finding. I told him what the car was and in an arrogant tone he said its worth nothing even though just 6 months ago the car was bought for 4999 he then proceeded to tell me thats a lesson you should learn in life that everything devalues. Such an uneeded comment. By far the worst customer service i have ever received. would highly not recommend

Have only dealt with them either by phone or via email via their website. But they are quick to respond to queries, giving you the information you require without having to drive there, possibly, for something they don't have. Great service
Very childish and unprofessional. He wanted to charge 110 for a rear taillight, I got one for 85 from Caloundra and when he found this out he refused to sell me any other parts.
I didn't need anything really important so they didn't want to know me .
I would recommend this company to anyone searching for new and used parts on the sunshine coast.
