I called looking for a car part and the customer service received was excellent! They did not have the part but the guy was so polite, friendly and helpful. Appreciate the time he spent trying to help us out. He recommended I try a particular Euro car parts place in Perth, I called them straight after and sadly had the opposite experience - they answered their phone with an aggressive “What do you want I’m really busy!”. Was shocked to say the least! So giving 5 stars to Auto Wreckers Perth! Thanks again for your time and great customer service. :)
My beloved Mazda Tribute decided it had had enough of the gearbox and wanted a replacement. Thankfully Auto Wreckers came to the rescue with a replacement gearbox. The advice here is honest, the service is fantastic and having a fixed car at a very competitive rate is all you need to get back on the road with a smile on your face. I have subsequently returned to Auto Wreckers to complete my logbook service which again was the best rate I could get. They even replaced a few additional parts on my vehicle and I was given the option of using 2nd hand parts which helps save a few extra . Thanks to Gavin & Ky for their great service, a great team to work with!
