Thank you, thank you, thank you! We celebrated my daughter’s 1st birthday at Ultima Function Centre. The event was everything we had hoped for and more! The venue is just stunning and very well maintained. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the food was amazing! Guests were all complementing how nice the food was and how well it was presented. Big thanks to Jimmy Honestly the best place and best staff all around!!

I visited the Ultima function centre on 26 Feb 2021 to witness a multi cultural post wedding event. This place is simply iconic in its service and presentation. The staff are so warm and friendly, every detail was well attended to and everything was just ready on time. The ball room is so well designed and put that it has ample of space for dance drinks dinner. The ambience of this place with its chandeliers and decor is simply classy. The food was simply a tingle to my taste buds. The entrees had plenty of variety, fresh from the tandoor and served with love. The staff were already ready and monitoring to ensure there was no shortage and were refilling adequately. I would highly recommend the place for its value for money, excellence in service and lively people.

I had my hena night couple weeks ago at this reception. Was such a good night I really enjoyed my event. Good food good service! The reason for my review wasn’t just the night but the follow up to it. Kim was so helpful through my event being canceled last year due to covid-19 to finding a new date and actually going through. She was really supportive and always comforting. Being a bride places that have good people with good personality really make your life just easier. It was just good support and help. Not only that every time I messaged her to ask something small or even after hours, she replied within 5minutes. What a relief! I would recommend to everyone that has an event coming up! Who your dealing with really matters!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! No words can describe how Kim had exceeded all expectations on bringing this beautiful day to life! She showed the highest level of professionalism through out the entirety of the planning of the wedding day and on the special day. Not to mention all the changes that were made on the day, thank you to the operations and kitchen staff for making those significant changes to the set up on the day (literally last minute) and catering to the extra guest on the day. Thank you for all your efforts, it didn't go unnoticed! Thank you Kim, operations team and kitchen staff!

Exceptional service!! We did our son's 1st Birthday at Ultima and were extremely delighted with the level of service, food quality and seamless event. Jimmy and Deepti made the entire event and the process so efficient for us and took care of every tiny little detail from finalizing the menu to recommending event stylists. Our guests were very well looked after. The entire staff were extremely professional and welcoming. Highly recommend Ultima for any celebration. Thank you to the entire team at Ultima for all your hard work in making our event so special and an unforgettable one.

Stunning venue very well suited for our conference. The staff was helpful and went the extra mile to try to accommodate our requests and the Food and service was really good. A special thank you to Patience and the Operation team. There was a hiccup with the service provided by an external A/V company, though. Other than that, ultima function is a thoroughly recommended venue for conferences makes it even ideal due to location and ample of onsite parking
