I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered to my friend on her last day of work. I did this over the phone on a Thursday to be delivered on the Monday. The lady I spoke to over the phone confirmed this would be fine and they would be delivered in the morning on the Monday. The money was taken out of my account later that day. The Monday came and the flower's were not delivered to my friend so I called the shop and no one answered so I left a voice mail for them to please return my call. The Tuesday came and they still hadn't returned my call so I called again and they didn't answer so again I left a voice mail. Then later that day my friend messaged me saying she had to go and pick them up from the place she no longer worked at. Super disappointing because she didn't get them as a surprise on her last day of work, she then also had to go and get them which was an inconvenience. I also never heard back from the florist to apologise or offer an explanation to why this happened. Definitely do not recommend and won't be giving business to them again.

I ordered flowers for my wife a week before her birthday. No flowers came, we went into the florist the next day and were told it was not their fault. We ordered through their website but according to the young lady behind the counter it was not them, and she did not know anything about the order????? She then said that a different company does their online orders and its not her fault in any way? She made every excuse under the sun, when I showed her it was indeed her website and phone number and that we had left messages this morning, she said ,'Oh yes I got the messages but didn't have time to get back to you'. At no time did she say she was sorry that this had inconvenienced us, and that she would try to fix it. She didn't even offer to make a bunch of flowers whilst we were standing there in the shop! No apology, just flat out denial that it was not her fault in any way. We tried to explain to her and her partner that this is no way to run a business and that she needed to fix her online connections as it is obviously failing her business, but she just blamed Petals, whoever they are? We were trying to give a local business a go, but we will not be ordering through these guys again. It should not be that hard to get a bunch of flowers, should it????
My wife received a floral arrangement today from her son in Sydney which cost 150-. I wish it was possible to share a photo of what was delivered as the arrangement was pathetic for the value. Have seen better in Woolies and Coles. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.

Order confirmed and paid for well and truly before delivery date with delivery asked to be on the Saturday. It is now after 5:00pm on the Sunday and still no delivery has taken place. Disappointed to the extreme. Our special occasion was let down and no contact received from Ulladulla Florist. Tried to contact shop by phone just after lunchtime on the Sunday and no-one answering calls, message bank was full and recorded message said if contact was needed to use email.. well, ... sorry this just ins’t good enough and you do have our money.
Took my money, sent me an email which went to junk mail. Stating they ran out of flowers for mothers day. Don't waste your time dealing with this company. They are happy to take 265 for flowers but buying and procuring what they promised or being able to deliver flowers is out of their ability or capabilities. Try someone else, this company is a waste of time and effort. It is unacceptable to not even call to tell me they could not deliver on their end of the transaction
What a lovely shop & lovely owner. I rang the shop as it was close to 5pm, it was still open, just. She waited for me as I was only a couple of minutes away & then made me a beautiful bouquet of flowers so I could take to friends. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you
Beautiful just beautiful. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Molly as she was to be closed on the day I wanted to collect flowers. No problem we made alternate arrangements. The flowers were beautiful, smelt like an old fashioned garden, just what I wanted. Thank you Molly for making a beautiful arrangement fitting a 90 year old.
