First time ordering from this company, experienced great customer service, fantastic tracking facility through their online shipping software (StarShipIT), a sweet thank you card from the person who packed the order (Thank you Jordan for the card) and even received a thank you pack of lollies. Sadly with covid-19 I decided to dispose of the lollies as I was unsure if it was packed locally (on-site) or from the lolly manufacturer under their strict hygiene conditions. I have used this company for personal home use because my favourite Detol antibacterial handwash (the red one) cannot be found in any supermarket. I ended up purchasing three 5 litres of Northfork handwash because they don't have an individual buy option on their website. The handwash is great and the scent is powerful. Overall I am pleased with this company and would start using them for our corporate office purchases as well.

The note in the parcel just shined my day. Feeling so sweet and warm. Kids loves the sweets. Thank you. I did a bit research before online purchase. The same office chair's price is much cheaper in Mega website. Delivery is fast. It is just a wonderful first time order experience. All the best and I will definitely support Mega in the future.

Frustrating and Annoying. If i could put no stars i would. They have too many errors with their website and their communication with their suppliers seems to be non-existent. Don't expect your order to be fulfilled even after you pay for it. Expect headaches instead, even long after your order is done. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Get all of your office supplies here! They are truly the best! I recently needed some items that I usually only buy once a year, but to my surprise they had been discontinued at the usual stores that I go to! I had a bit of a panic but was relieved when I found them at Mega Thing! It was my first time purchasing from Mega Thing and let me tell you, they have outstanding customer service! I ordered the items that I needed and specified the particular colours I wanted for these items. One of the staff members rang me as a courtesy to let me know that they didn't get to choose the colours from their supplier and their recent order didn't have the colours I wanted, so they re-ordered the items for me! There was a quick turn around time and they even placed a thank you card and a cute, small bag of lollies in the parcel! Thank you so much guys and keep up the great work!
