Purchased the Stirling Cot, Mattress, Chest of draws and Change table on the 14/10/2020 after a delay (which we understood due to COVID) we received the cot, mattress and the draws on the 08.1.2021. The change table went missing (toll said it hadn't been scanned) which arrived on the 25.01.21 after asking for another to be resent. Opening everything up to set it up, the cot looked like it had been used as it was scuffed and dirty and had been repainted, the chest of draws didn't have instructions or bolts to set up. We asked for the cot gate to be replaced and for the bolts and instructions to be sent out which we finally received on the 31.3.21. The chest of draws do not line up correctly as they have been cut incorrectly, my Dad has decided to cut it and make it fit as we are sick of the communication with the company as well as not having the baby room together as she is now 4 months. Would not recommend the company.

Our original cot once put together out of the packaging was a bit of a dud in its manufacturing HOWEVER the responses received via email was extremely pleasant and VERY attentive once I raised my concerns with our purchase with the team. QB assembled another cot prior to delivery, brought it to our house (making sure bub was not asleep before hand). dissembled the old cot as it wouldn’t fit through the nursery door, disassembled and reassembled the new cot AND were extremely polite and respectful. Thank you for your amazing after service QB, it is truly appreciated for your responses post purchase for a smooth and easy exchange without even having to drag bub in the car to exchange.

Placed an order for a bassinet last year and had to wait until January to receive. Understandable due to Covid. Everything came on time and perfect. The bassinet is stunning (The Amanda) and will be so perfect for when bub is here.
We ordered from Quicky Bubba back in April the Spencer range. When ordering the website stated the goods would be available for delivery or collection from around the 29th August. We had a slight delay of a few days and it become the 4th of September. Amanda kept us notified of all shipping arrivals and delays via email, I never had to call or chase. My partner and I picked up from the warehouse in Sydney and that was a lovely experience also the lady was very helpful there. My partner has done amazing at getting it all together. I see a lot of bad reviews I feel as long as your are aware of the times displayed on the site upon ordering it should not be a stressful experience. None of the furniture cam damaged either everything is extremely well packed with plenty of packaging. We are in love with it here!

We Purchased several pieces from Quirky Bubba and all came in the time frame given and with good customer service and updates. Not quick or easy to assemble the furniture but the quality is great, we had an item missing from one of the boxes and it was re ordered and sent out very quickly. Very happy with this company, the furniture and the price! Have recommended to a number of people already and would use again.
It’s a darn good thing my mum was so very excited for her first grand child and we ordered a cot when I was only 12 weeks pregnant. Now sitting at 26 weeks. Have had no news about when the cot will actually arrive. Just an email changing the date when the last confirmed date has already passed. Really wish we had read all these reviews in advance. Sounds like the company is continuously using COVID as an excuse for everything, rather then just owning up to the fact that their shipments are incredibly inaccurate and they need a better system. Whether or not we will actually have a cot come baby’s due date is a serious question.
