On Australia my niece and I were looking for her flower girl dress. The two customer ladies at the children section stood there talking didn't greet us or give us some friendly posture. When asked if they had any flower girl dresses they gave us a sharp look up and down then responded very poorly with a No. Without any help, a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable look. Note there was no other customers on the floor you'd think they would be a little helpful. I wish they were more friendlier to be apologetic about not being able to serve my niece and I. When we walked out of the shop she asked if we had done something wrong because those shop keepers looked crossed. I hope DJ is reading this comment and feedback. it might help you construct some customer service especially when your store was empty.

The downsizing of the 2 levels means the store is not able give the customer the choices for items. It was for years a pleasure to wander freely looking at items without the compressed departments. A very relaxed feeling. Now with each visit less space / choices makes for an unpleasant shop. Staff excellent as always..
