Staff are great, zero problems great level of assistance. Management, not around on my visit, tried to access cast iron cookware whilst sitting in a powered wheel chair. Not able to access the products, to much crammed into to small a space, reminded me of walking into a Chinese 2 shop, aisles crammed with stock, some aisles dead end and everything too close together, a lost sale there. Time to shop at Amazon again, great same selection, no crammed aisles to deal with, apologies to the staff, not their fault.

Seems to be fewer staff than in the past and although shelves are actually stocked, I'm guessing they are having trouble like every one else with international suppliers. Still, a pleasant place to shop.
