Picked up a onewheel with these guys and I must say their customer service was impeccable. Marvin was so helpful the entire way through, he was very knowledgeable in answering any questions, and hands down fastest shipping and processing time in history. Great people, highly recommend!
Got a 3 wheel electric stand up bike see pics on what they are had fun on it and for 30 for a hour 45 for 2 hours and 70 for the day it was so much fun I bought one thanks mate and such great customer service so so happy
Excellent service with help and advise from the owner. The bikes we had were in good condition and suitable for our needs and helmets and a bike lock were provided. I put one of the Dual Mountain bikes through its paces down Douglas Rock n Roll. The bike handled extremely well. Got up and down the hill with ease, will definitely book another ride with Townsville bike hire. Staff where extremely friendly and easy to deal with.
I hired a mountain bike from this shop which was out of order and unsafe to ride. The assistant knew that the top gear did not work and told me that right away, what he did not say was that you could not switch between the other two gears either. Basically I rented a piece of rusty old junk for 50 dollars and had to ride that all day because I was already on Magnetic island when I discovered the bike was out of order. This business does not care for the safety of its customers at all and their equipment is good for recycling only.

I have 12 & 11 year old boys who had a ball learning how to ride the tandem. It taught them about the value of co-operation whilst both achieving what they wanted - forward momentum!! Marvin was very friendly and helpful and both the tandem and MTB were in excellent condition. I was very impressed at how he checked the brakes which re-assured me. Highly recommend this business as a fun way to get around Townsville.
