Great SA company to deal with. A sales rep called and thoroughly went through all my options. After I decided which option to take, the process was seamless, and the installation was completed within two weeks. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time we have used Westside Energy as our previous experience was good. Someone came out to the house to discuss system and run through potential savings and costs which was better than others who provided a standard quote over the phone. Fella was very responsive to questions from both myself and my wife. Final quote was not the cheapest or the most expensive but was the best all round quote using good quality components. Final system was 10.7kw through 8.2kw inverter. Install was smooth and fast. System monitoring had a few teething issues that were eventually sorted out. Not sure those issues warrent losing a full star but I can't give 4.5 stars.
Absolutely thrilled with Westside could not of asked for better service.Everyone we had contact with was beyond amazing with helping us design the right system for our daughters home. Absolutely an easy process arranging Solar installation through Westside Energy. This was my second house that Westside have installed solar. The staff were friendly, polite and easy to contact. They kept me informed and installation was quick and on time. It's good to know that they will be available in the long term as well. Very pleased with the cost too.
We had Troy visit up with a very professional approach and presentation on the benefits of upgrading our existing smaller system installed 9 yrs ago. Excellent suggestions and information, led us to consider Westside, and few weeks later, other solar businesses who contacted us weren’t in the race, most were B Grade to say the least! We purchased a good sized Fronius Austrian made inverter and 16 additional high powered solar panels. We were kept in the loop with all arrangements and installation details etc. Their electricians were very professional and efficient with tidy and excellent workmanship. We got a thorough tutorial of how to use our new system in detail and the online wi fi hook up was smooth as, to check our daily feed in and related info. We highly recommend Westside totally, an excellent SA owned and based SME doing their very best in these tough times. Thanks to Troy, Joe, Matt and team, great work guys

Absolutely easiest company to deal with there customer service lady is spot on very friendly, bubbly and such a great person to have answer your first solar enquiry and help you through the process. Sales guy Michael amazing so friendly explained it all slowly and answered many questions myself and husband had, and kept in contact the whole time and was a very polite great guy. Nick was straight onto install and the communication was great from day 1 we never had any issues from install to now we have had the system for months and we are still enjoying the savings if you need solar Westside is the place to call.
