Brett and Liz have been a pleasure to deal with from our first contact to finalising our project, they kept us informed the whole way through. The pool itself is clearly of exceptional quality and we're very happy with the finish product!
Agree with some comments below. Almost 2 months and have not handed over the pool inspite max time is 45 days. They have not finished two stages but have sent two invoices. Upon questioning their incomplete work today, they sent me Letter of demand threatening me to take to tribunal if not paid. I would say STEER AWAY, if you after peace of mind. Surely, you have better things to worry about and certainly there are more professional companies around.
Tradies are awesome! But there is a complete lack of communication and organisation from the pool company. My pool installation is still not complete and we are in week 5 now. They will not answer phone calls or emails, we have no idea when it will be finished. Do not use this company if you want a stress free installation
