Couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Poolfab to build our pool. As first time pool owners there was a lot I didn't know and I had a few questions along the way. Thankfully Sean, the owner of Poolfab, was always available and always answered or called back quickly. At one stage we were away for part of the construction and Sean sent us an updated photo of our pool which was greatly appreciated. Also I liked the fact whenever I needed to call either Dave the designer or Sean they both had taken the time to save my number so they knew who I was and where our project was at. Poolfab came in on budget and there were no surprises in that regard either. Finally we found the office staff to always be pleasant. We spoke with Sarah and Kat at times and they were always helpful and efficient. I couldn't find a negative thing to mention. Thank you all.

Wow! When we started out to build our dream pool, I had no idea the reality would end up better than the imagination! Pool Fab made it easy too - all the way through. The designs, the plans, the build, the finish, the little touches of brilliance - it was all amazing. So the pool has ended up as the defining feature of our new home, just as we had hoped. And all this was done and managed by Pool Fab while we lived in another country. You can only do that with a team of people you trust. THANK YOU Pool Fab!
Poor communication between sub-contractors and business owner / project manager. After day1 evacuation, they never showed up on site. You have to keep calling them to chase up. you have to find all the defects even if you don't know about pool. if you don't find, you don't even know there are issues. FYI, Ecozen and Poolfab are same business. Please avoid that.

Brilliant ! My wife and I were first time pool owners with no prior knowledge of what was involved. We cannot be more pleased with the level of friendliness and professionalism we experienced from all the members of the pool fab team. They designed the pool according to our block of land , within the constraints of our budget. The process was clear to us throughout the build . Sean and his staff take great pride in the quality of service that they provide and the quality of the product they deliver. Would not hesitate in engaing the Pool Fab team if we were to do it all over again.
The team at Pool Fab -Ecozen were amazing. Project was completed inside time with no suprises. All materials used were top quality and the contractors were very professional. We would highly recomend this business
Just a quick thank you to Sean and all of the Pool Fab team for building our dream pool and spa. We cannot speak highly enough of the professional way in which this company worked with us at every stage. We had a tough site and some challenges regarding access and timeline which Pool Fab handled for us with ease. Special thanks to Sarah in the office and Anthony the project manager for always keeping us updated and answering any of our queries. When our salt water chlorination system had an issue with the clock at the start up we let the office know and they had it swapped over the next day which was impressive. We love our new pool, spa and outdoor space and look forward to spending our family time here for many years. Thanks again team and all the best for the future. The Smith Family Caloundra.
