Excellent service and support. I have setup 2 POS systems with their help and guidance. The first one required setup in 3 days as the old system had crashed. They went out of their way to help me convert data and get up and running. Delivery is quick and pricing is very competitive. I can highly recommend this company

Cant give them minus star, otherwise I will definitely give minus. We just moving warehouse find out the purchase from them still new in package at corner and recall my angry motion, the printer still not been set up, the issue from last year, they still have no one contact us after they promise. How come those website can survive? and how come NETO will introduce this bad partner?

Don't buy from here!! I would give 0 stars if it was an option. They sent me the complete wrong item and it took months for them to rectify the issue. This meant that i had to purchase the correct item from somewhere else which i couldn't really afford to do and had to wait months to finally get a refund from these guys. Thank god i used paypay for my purchase or i would of had no way to get my money back. Terrible customer service and communication. I have looked at other reviews and it seems they don't like negative feedback so no doubt will have some excuse anout my review. JUST HEED THE BAD REVIEWS AND BUY ELSEWHERE.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... Purchased a printer from these guys on the recommendation of our website provider. The printer did not operate as intended (very slow), we quickly switched back to our older printer. Contacted them for a warranty return, initial contact was good, they tried to help fix the issue but couldn't, that's when it went bad, vague email replies and then no replies. We have lodged a complaint with the ACCC as this company does not adhere to their policies... This has now been going on for 3 months!!! Still no resolution, we just want to return the printer and get our money back! Edit: Dont be fooled by the reply below, they use this tactic to make it sound like we are not a customer. Read through the other comments, they have done the same to other reviews. Stay as far away from this company as you can! You have been warned.

Initial contact was a good experience. Very bad experience from this mob with after sales support. AND NO ITS NOT OUR SOFTWARE but your hardware that is the fault (requires a firmware update and is not available). When I requested for a refund, this is when things went south dramatically. Took weeks for a response and days after for another. Unable to speak to anyone regarding issue. WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Do not buy from these guys. Lets see what responses they will make up to this feedback. This company has no attention to details. First my name is spelt Phong not Pong. If I wanted to purchase a cheap product I would not have purchased the product from you. Once they have your money, they treat you like dirt. Way to go to keep new customers. Still waiting to receive a refund. Don’t Believe what they state below. No replies, DON’T BUY from these people. They are crooks.

Fantastic customer service from the team at POS99. From the first communication, through all my questions, right through to time of purchase, my experience with POS99 has been extremely positive.
