After loosing water out of our pool for a long time and 2 other pool company's later we had a friend recommend North West Pools. We had them around and not only did they find the problem on the first visit but managed to talk us into a sand change on our filter. We now have a pool that no longer leaks and no more dust problem, after spending so much money on other pool company's and still left with a leaking pool, I wish we had North West around first and the problem would have been fixed years ago!!

IT SHOULD BE A BIG FAT ZERO! They were contracted to install a plunge pool for our new home in January last year & do some extra paving. Took them 11 months & still didn't complete the job properly. The whole situation was sub-standard from word go! Shoddy workmanship, absolutely disgraceful. Would never recommend them to anyone.
