Very unprofessional staff and service. I received incorrect results from a test I took and have attempted to contact the staff to help me look into it, after which they gave me feedback that was inconsistent with the results and feedback I was originally sent, but refused to admit any fault or take responsibility for it. After trying to follow up this error, I've been met with no response when trying to email or call. For the amount of money that is being paid into this institution, I would definitely expect more support, or even a professional response to situations such as this. However, I've found myself having very similar experiences to many others that have posted here.

These guys offer exams for translator qualifications which add to your score in the point system for immigration. However, their examiners are a bunch of incompetent amateurs. Even if you submit a perfectly translated paper to them, they only give you less than half the score your work deserves. When I made a query to them about my score, they only got back to me stating perfectly natural and correct English text to be bad grammar: obviously the exams are marked by outsourced translators who don't know correct English.
NAATI CCL exam is a very expensive exam and marking criteria is very unreasonable. They expect candidates to interpret immediately after the dialogue has ended. However, the sentences are usually very long and spoken very quickly and they will penalise you if you request for more than 1 repeat in each dialogue. I scored full marks for IELTS & PTE listening but somehow couldn't pass CCL. NAATI is just making use of CCL to increase its revenue and would have closed down if DHA didn't allow NAATI to exploit migrants.
They seem to be overly busy on my 3 past trips, the cue goes outside the doors on all my visits. They need more staff, both the ladies there are very helpful but they need help running that place. Naati should realise this and provide them with more support staff.

I struggled to book the date for my Nati. I visit for an enquiry to Nati board office on July 3 I was said the website will be opened on July 10. I set my alarm at 12am sharp for same date and the website was opened for mere 10 minutes after 7Am only to give me customer reference without not even allowing me to fill the form and uplaod the document. Upon the enquiry via Telephone they said it was opened by IT team for 10min and i caught them ref handed that I came to their office and was told the given date to book my seat . Seriously this authority seems to enjoy ratrace among the students. Worst on my exam date, 55 students in the hall waiting to give exam and then it was told exam has been cancelled due to construction worl going one next to the same building. What sort sorcery is this?? I am actually stunned when we recieve prior notice of anything happening in our postal address ,Naati seems unable to attain any of such notices from concerned authority. I have not seen any worst managment ever like this in the big authorities like this. Utterly disappointed , they are clearly playing with students life !!!
The lady there was really helpful, eventho she was by herself that morning. I guess they should have prepared more staff.
