I highly recommend this place if you want to have some fun times with your friends. the Luxe Holiday pass for 41 is a treat. Using NSW discovery voucher, it comes down to 16 which gives you 2 activities like Laser tag and a game of bowling. 10 to spend on food and 15 on arcade. even without the voucher, I think it's a value for money. There's an area to hold birthday parties or any celebration. Most of the games are valued at 2.2 to 2.5 in the arcade so you can do around 6 to 7 games. I think we'll book this one again in the near future.

1 star for service: Called to book for a work function earlier in the week. When I arrived there was no booking in the system. I was served by Anna who was very unhelpful and quite rude in her tone. She did not offer any solutions to the mistake or any apologies. She's ended up offering us 1 lane for 12 people for 45mins when two other lanes next to us were vacant the whole time. We were able to squeeze in a game of laser tag and karaoke after but were served by other junior staff who were super friendly. A simple apology would have gone a long way.
We had an amazing and fun night in Kingpin! We booked for 2 bowling games, on Friday, 16 April. It started with few systems errors, the pins were not working and it has to paused our game for few times. But then Rapish the manager of the night was very accomodating and offering us some compensation due to the errors!
Lovely place to hang out at—lots of arcade games (including the formidable VR, Bowling, and Karaoke) and well-serviced (of which the staff are very friendly and hospitable). Thanks a lot—we keep coming back... !
So much fun! We did the arcades and they're so much fun! But the prices are quite a lot of tickets otherwise great place!
Went to celebrate my friends birthday and for the short time we were there we were well attended to by Chris in the bar. He was so lovely, and really good to talk to, thanks Chris!!
Its good but i took out one star jst coz they couldn't Catch up with the crowd and service counter and drinks counter felt like it was under staffed (may be coz of covid) but over all good experience.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Lots of fun and plenty of activities to occupy us for the evening. The staff were so kind and helpful will all our needs, especially at the bar. Will definitely be returning !
