Went the extra mile to check that the battery charger I wanted was the correct one, and then sourced it quickly and at a good price (about 1/2 the cost of my original, but now broken one). Highly recommended on service and price!
I visited this store some time ago and was promised to have follow up e mail about my situation, never received anything. I don't think they are genuinely interested in helping me at all. I saw your reply, I definitely visited your store in Parramatta sometime ago, met an Indian woman who promised she will e mail me with more details.
I purchased my Phonak aids in February 2019, following a great deal of research before deciding to buy from EarDeals. Price was a major factor, but after having a hearing test with Shaily, I was sold by the care and effort she put in to thoroughly understanding my hearing loss and matching it to the most appropriate devices. While purchasing from EarDeals saved me a lot of money, it has been the service provided by Shaily and Lachlan over the past 12 months that has made me a "delighted" customer. Every time I go back to see Shaily, even though I tell her everything is working fine, she will always try something different to improve my hearing experience. Just last week, she fine turned some settings and replaced the speakers...I am so pleased with the improvement, which is quite significant. I am blown away! She also managed to rectify an occasional "stuttering" issue when streaming music through Bluetooth in crowded places. Just before Christmas, on a very hot day I couldn't wait to get in the ocean. In my rush, I forget to remove my aids...I remembered as I dived under a big wave. I managed to catch one aid but the other was gonsky! I fully expected it to have been a very expensive swim...probably costing me 2k. I rang Lachlan to purchase a replacement and nearly fell over when he told me it was covered by his insurance. I received a brand new unit , which Shaily programmed to be identical to the one that "drowned"...all I had to pay was the insurance excess...just amazing. I fully expect my aids to last 4 - 5 years, however, when the time comes to replace them, EarDeals will be the only company I will talk to. Highly recommended...wish I could allocate more than 5 stars!
I had such a pleasant experience using Ear Deals. The staff went over and above for me. After having such terrible experiences with other companies, I was incredibly grateful for being recommended to this company, so much so that I travelled from the Gold Coast to Sydney to see them and will continue to do so. One of my first appointments, my audiologist had fallen really unwell and was unable to attend my appointment. So, they put us up in a hotel in the city for the night and rescheduled my appointment for the next day. With all of the untrustworthy companies coming to light in this industry, I would highly recommend using Ear Deals, a company you can trust.
I went to EarDeals through a recommendation of a friend. I was very careful at the start of the appointment, having visited many other retailers in Sydney who were pushy and some even rude. The other companies just wanted to push a hearing aid sale on me. One didn't even provide a clear quote or my results. EarDeals is very different, you can tell from the start they are about people not profits. I was very impressed by their service and genuine nature. Their clinician is knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive. I was left with the option of having a hearing aid discussion which I accepted. At the end of the appointment, I was encouraged to take the quote which was 1500.00 cheaper with my results to think about what was right for me. I called and returned a few days later. Im now happily trialling great hearing aids for free. Thanks
