The accountant was nice explaining everything briefly, unfortunately really disappointed with the assistant. Instead of getting my tax returned i got a letter that i need to pay back. I tried to make another appointment but the lady asked me to send the letter through message and replied my text really rude. She promised to let me know in the next morning when can i come to meet the accountant but she didn't give me any call or text after even a week.
