We worked with Jeremy from H finance to arrange our first home loan for an investment property while living overseas. Throughout the whole process Jeremy was there to answer all of our questions, went above and beyond to provide as much information and guidance tailored to our specific circumstances as he could, and was able to secure us a great rate on our loan. Jeremy is very experienced in assisting expats, and being a former expat, himself he really understands the challenges faced when living overseas and trying to buy a house in Australia. Jeremy even came to meet us at the airport to sign our loan documents that he worked hard to get for us before our flight! Jeremy is a great guy and made us feel really comfortable and confident throughout the process.
