The worst customer service skills I've EVER encountered. Started off extremely sarcastic when we asked simple questions regarding battery life and speed. One of the first bikes we rented had an issue keeping up with the other bikes we hired and when we took it back saying it wasn't working properly we were told it'll work if you pedal or do you want to be lazy. Got a second bike and the extremely bald tire on the second bike blew out and we took it back AGAIN, only to be sarcastically told, you can't help bad luck. Needless to say, we left this store and promptly went to the electric bike hire store 2 doors up and ended up having a great time on the bikes of the second store. Would only suggest going to Rent and ride if you feel like having some stranger talk down to you in their empty store....

Can easily say that I’ve never experience poorer social skills than what was just exhibited by this stores manager. Patronising and belittling comments about the stores product and personal ability left me questioning whether he actually wanted me to purchase any of his services. After reading other reviews about the store I’m astounded this business is even still able to stay a float, 90% of a companies success is based off its ability to network and the staff at this store couldn’t sell sight to a blind man if their lives depended on it.
Wouldn’t even give this store one star the worst customer service the older guy in the store today on the 13th of April at 11.30 I went in to ask for a scooter he was not helpful and rude didn’t even get up off his seat just sat there and said to me who is it for I told him and then he’s like your kids can’t go on there it’s not safe and it’s illegal . Ummmm I’m pretty sure I have seen heaps of people with there kids riding on the path but anyways I didn’t argu with him I just took my daughters hand and said oh ok and walked out my kids where sad because they wanted to go on one but the guy was just rude and not helpful I know there are options for families but he just didn’t care to help anyone at all definitely don’t recommend this store at all and if you work there be more of a people person because that customer service needs to go bk to your house and stay there no one wants to be around that attitude.
Terrible experience, the guy at the shop has no social skills whatsoever, very rude. He even tried to charged us twice because he lost the original receipt.
Went there on the 15th feb 2021, the worker behind the counter was so rude, ended up going else where
Went in today to look at a bike, was greeted with extremely unfriendly customer service and several patronizing remarks toward me and my friends. Really loved the bike but in the end decided I just didn't want to give my money to this business. What a shame.
Don't book and pay in advance. They won't have the scooters there for you. Very disappointing when you plan the day around it. No apology. Rude as heck.
