There off street parking and an easy access entrance directly from the car park. Sometimes on weekends access to the store might be delayed due to popularity of the store. Staff are knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and friendly with a keen attitude to please. The store is proactively auctioning Great COVID screening and distancing measures, with limiting of customers in store plus sanitation and cleaning.

seriously i am so happy with the gentleman services and professional advice from this company. i do not know much about computer parts and when trying to explain my issue on the phone i dont know what im talking about. the customer representatives are always polite and want to help. i called today and i needed advice on upgrading my sony laptop and my HP desktop computer. i was passed onto the laptop and desktop specialist in the technical dept. Lachlan who served me was absolutely fantastic. he answered all my questions. advised me what parts i should replace and what parts were not necessary to replace saving me money at this very moment i need most after losing most of my contracts because of covid. i was mumbling one stage not knowing what the parts were called as i was describing my problems and lachlan was patient and very kind towards me. god bless him

Just collected another order and, once again, Centre Com comes through with the goods! This time around it was a joystick for my youngest, and Centre Com was able to provide one no less than 10.00 cheaper than anywhere else AND a week sooner most other stores. All of this, plus friendly and knowledge staff, always makes shopping here a joy.
Ordered Tuesday and paid for next day delivery, 2 days later and no delivery. Raised a ticket and response says it will take them 1 day to respond - so I guess another day waiting. Would have done click and collect, however item showed available for C&C, but when got to checkout it was then not.
Today I purchased a sought after graphics card in store. First, props for actually having it in stock, the whole store seems well stocked. The salesperson got to me very quickly as well. Second, thank you so much to the cashier (I'm sorry I didn't get their name) that dealt with me trying to get my card to work. He was so patient and helpful and kind throughout the whole transaction. An absolute champion of customer service. 10 stars. Is that allowed?
