One of the worst big w stores... They don't even know what exactly is in their own inventory! Things that they have in stock are shown that they are not in stock and lots of things that are shown in stock aren't actually there in the store. You basically cannot trust their site. You just have to go into the store.

A very friendly place where my friends and I had a little roam around to look at things we were interested in. One of my friends didn't have his mask with him. Luckily, I asked an employee who was checking that people had their masks on, if he was giving masks from his container of masks to people who didn't have masks. He said he was and my friend was able to enter Big W safely! A big thank you goes out to all the employees who are helping to keep everyone safe!

Photo printing area is extremely rude.un cooperative and not the first time this has happened to me. It seems to be 1 only very disgruntled employee and brings the entire store down with it. Shame as big w is usually quite good

Just what you would expect from a variety store. You can get 'everything' for your house in one place. From appliances, clothes, gardening, toys, cosmetics, computer games to school and toy needs. It is also a cost effective way to back up your digital photos with 10c prints (next day pickup). Staff at the photo booth are also very friendly and helpful.

I witnessed a distressed lady desperate to use the toilets, she informed the staff member due to her medical condition, she had to urgently use the bathroom at times. Toilets were closed with a sign saying it was due to covid. She was abruptly turned away by the staff member with no compassion and told to use the MacDonald's or hungry jacks toilets. Just wondering out of interest where the staff of big w are going to the toilet? Are they using the MacDonald's or hungry jacks toilets? They are open to trade and profiteer, just not to care for customers.
