Parts express 4 ohm high and low pass filters delivered quicker than I thought they would be. Very happy with the product and service from Wagner online, the crossovers have made a marked improvement over the old 2 way crossovers in my speaker project.

Wagner responded to my query immediately, in contrast to the manufacture of the speakers who never replied. The tweeter replacements they suggested for my KRK monitors are amazing. The top-end detail is far superior than the original ones. The screw holes even matched those already in the cabinet, so installation was effortless. The most surprising thing was that i ordered them on Sunday afternoon and they arrived Monday! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Shopping with Wagner online was a totally positive experience for me. After I had inadvertently duplicated my order, I rang Wagner and explained what had happened. The Wagner rep who I spoke with on the phone, listened to me and then told me that there wouldn't be any problems rectifying the error even though an invoice for the original order had already been issued by email. True to his word, my order turned up very promptly with my originally intended number of items included and all at a very reasonable shipping charge as well. Also, I'm very impressed with the item that i purchased. Totally satisfied with my purchasing experience with Wagner Electronics.

The service is ridiculously fast and very reliable. 72 hours is the most I have waited for a delivery but most come with indoor 24-36. All great quality, well packaged and arrive safe.
