Colleen, Neil, Owen and the gang are the absolute best, they know their stuff and are happy to share their knowledge with you. The customer service is the best by far. I moved to NSW but will not deal with anyone else, I do a phone order when I need supplies and the process is stress free. Love them.

I've been in here just a few times as I'm pretty new to brewing and found them to be very helpful. I love a nice, quick transaction so I like them helping me get my stuff quickly and get out. I do shop around on prices online and what I've bought has been very competitive on price so happy to continue to buy here as I drive past almost every day. And when I want to get a bit fancy with a brew, simply ask there advice when I'm in there.
