Fantastic service and after sales support! I bought the Turbo 500 Distilling System online and it was delivered within 2 business days as advertised. Unfortunately there was an issue with the Copper Condenser. I contacted AHB who offered a full replacement under warranty. The communication from Hamish and the team was great and even though there was a problem, I am a very satisfied customer.

Had a good experience here. Got there as it opened and the guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't push me to buy unnecessary gear. Helped me get what I needed to do what I want. Very good on price too. Had a problem with an online order so I called. Super helpful. Hamish went through the problem and came up with a great fix for me. Still happy.
Just bought a home brewing starter kit from these guys and they couldn't have been more helpful. I've rung x3 times now with "how to" questions and nothing is too hard! I plan on churning through their range of beer recipes. Thx Guys!

I rate this place highly. Knowledgable staff, terrific customer service and a good range of products at competitive prices. I spent many hours trying to find the best deal for my still upgrade and found this place couldn't be beaten on price.
I bought two Aussie Essentials Australian Pale ale worts. Very disappointed Beer had a metallic flavour Threw one batch away. The second was barely passable. Shop guy said it is supplied to them by a third party. I am going back to my usual supplier with whom I have had over 20 very successful brews.
