7 grams provides our office with coffee supplies and services and I absolutely love them! They keep our office well-stocked with a really wide range of coffee beans whatever kind of roast you want, they have it. The machine itself we lease from them is incredibly versatile (and fun to use). It’s no basic coffee machine (although it makes a great cup of regular coffee). It has a user-friendly touch-screen interface and can make everything from mochas and lattes and hot chocolate. It allows us to choose from a wide range of beverages and even lets you select how strong you want your coffee or hot chocolate and what size you want to brew. they’re always very responsive if we have a problem with the machine. When we call, they let us know the quick fixes to any issues so our machine is back up and running immediately. If there are more complex issues, they come in-person to take care of all of the maintenance. Our machine was having trouble one day and when they couldn’t immediately identify the problem, they had a new one to us same-day! I love this place. They provide such a seamless experience. We don’t have to think about any of it! I love being able to come into work in the morning and enjoy my coffee just the way I like it so easily. 10/10 would recommend.
Having used various different coffee Companies in the past I have to say 7 grams is a breath of fresh air. All the people are really friendly and good at their jobs meaning the service we receive is fantastic. Also, the coffee is great!
