I've taken my bike here for a couple of years now. It's only been for servicing and I've never had an easy experience. The only reason I kept going back was because the location is convenient. The service is never 100% correct. They always forget something. The first time they forgot to fill in the logbook, the second they didn't put the plastics back on correctly and used the wrong screws. They've forgotten they had my bike once. The last time I went for a service, they needed to change the rear tire. After I picked it up the bike was vibrating like crazy, something it had never done before. Thinking it was to do was to do with the service, I arranged to take it back. They held the bike for a week and when I called to find out what was going on, I got the feeling they had forgotten it again. When I went in to pick it up they told me that the rear wheel was buckled and I must have hit something. I hadn't hit anything but I asked if they could fix it. They went on about how it would be difficult to find a wheel for my 2018 model and they'd call me back. Surprise, no call back. Took the bike to another shop and discovered that the vibration was just that they hadn't balanced the wheel when they replaced it. They had also never conducted a valve clearance or proper service according to the handbook. The mechanics are friendly enough in person but the work is not good and they clearly don't care when they stuff it up.

I needed some essential work done and they got it sorted quickly, professionally and at a great price. The bike was returned washed and my dirty chain had been cleaned, which was a nice surprise. If you have motorbike in the west, this is the place to go, highly recommended.

Big thanks to the wizards at Motorcycles Fairings for bailing me out for the second time. Brought my bike in randomly at no notice for a major service, they took it in straight away, ordered the required parts (which came very quickly), and finished a hell of a lot of work on the same day they arrived. Fixed all of the niggling issues and communicated options well throughout. She runs like a dream. They even gave her a thorough wash. Can't fault them for anything, well played

I had my rear shock spring repainted by this workshop. The paint job was over priced for the quality of work since under side of the shock was not painted, leaving a semi-translucent paint job. Additionally, there was no clear coat ! Now my spring has an uneven paint job with chunks of paint chipped off.
