I requested a price for a part, and had a reply instantly telling me they'd get back to me. 2 weeks later and nothing...... I have now sourced and purchased the part elsewhere. If you need parts, and a reliable source.....this isn't the place. Poor customer relations.

I'm very disappointed with management regarding part ordering and the time wasted ringing about progress and no one answers the phone or returns calls. All in all a very frustrating experience and after spending a large amount of money I felt I had been treated like an idiot. I will no longer recommend this business to anyone.

Full Throttle Motorcycle Services recently serviced my 02 Heritage and repaired my tired steering and fitted a difficult accessory being an Electragide style headlight cowling. I have been riding Harleys for 25 years, I have dealt with plenty of Harley shops and am really impressed with the service and skill of Adam. Friendly, professional and not too hard on the pocket. Absolutely wrapped in the service, I will be back for sure. I highly recommend this business.
