This medical centre is conveniently located for Southgate and nearby office workers. Also, It is quite easy to reach the clinic from Flinders Street Train stations and St Kilda Rd. Tram stops. It is not bulk billed, However, Doctors are at this clinic spend a generous amount of time with their patients to trough examination and diagnosis process. You will be looked after very well. It has an efficient booking system and reception.

Dr. Martin Fox failed to provide accurate or effective medical advice which led to infection and a likelihood of permanent damage. Read on for details: I booked with the clinic after my big toenail had been accidentally ripped off. The doctor did not clean the wound or remove the surrounding dead skin. I was told to keep it clean but offered no technique, antiseptic or recommended antiseptic. I asked about footwear and unfortunately went against my own intuition when I believed Dr. Foxes advice to wear any footwear comfortable. A few days later after regular and diligent maintenance cleaning the wound the toe became infected and the surface became destroyed and mangled. I came down with bodily weakness, mild fever and chills. I believe the sweat from wearing shoes, dead skin left remaining and lack of antiseptic, deemed unnecessary or simply neglected by Dr. Fox, has led to the infection and high likelihood that my toenail regrowth will be permanently effected because the nailbed is broken from infection. In my case, visiting this clinic harmed my chance of recovery through bad advice and offered no intelligence to benefit my injury. "Provided supplies" means I was given a bandaid to replace the one that was removed during the appointment. Terribly disappointing outcome... the wound was not even cleaned by the doctor. Be forewarned.
