This is a good shop to buy your kitchen appliances from. Good prices and good service whenever I have been there. The man who served me was courteous and was nice. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs things for their house.

I cannot believe the service I have received from the Toowoomba store after years of being abused by previous staff members I decided to give it one more try. And I was treated like a valued customer from start to finish Tony took my call firstly and said he had printed out my invoices and would speak to his manager in the morning And yes Tim rang 9.30am Saturday morning. He explained he would speak to Fisher and Paykel and get back to me on Monday I must admit I was very pessimistic about getting any result BUT shock horror on Monday morning first up Kylie rang with good news that Fisher and Paykel would repair my fridge as a good will favour This all happened last Monday and I am still on cloud nine The NEW MANAGEMENT in the Toowoomba store are all for the old customer service YAHOO not just about the dollar So thanks again to TIM TONY and the woman behind the team KYLIE I can't thank you enough you have restored my faith in after sales service Thanks Lynne ️
Went into the store to purchase a whole new kitchen but thought while I'm here I'll get a new cheap dishwasher for one of my rentals, well after the attitude I got from the grumpy man down the back was mind blowing! I don't know if he was just having a bad day or was due to retire 5yrs ago but my 8000 deal went to harvey norman
