Stay away from not just this branch of Carpet Call but from all of them. Do not give your business to them and look for other retailers. Paid a fortune to them but only to be provided with very unprofessional service and absolutely zero customer service. One of the installers are the worst, using toilet and microwave at my home without asking for my consent. They also left an unused blade at the window which is very unsafe for my child. The installers did not come two times and no communication given to us that we have to spend much of our time in chasing them up. We have been very unsatisfied that there has been a visible scratch on the new flooring and the installer denied it was their doing. They blamed us for creating the scratch and refused to replace it unless I pay more for the material and labour. They also told us on why did we report it some 3 weeks after installation and they told us that we don't have the proof to prove they are in the wrong. We have busy life and we have not had the time to inspect the floor as we trust their workmanship until we moped the floor one day and noticed the scratch. We absolutely did not scratch the floor and yet they blamed us for doing it. They absolutely know how to make customers frustrated and upset. They also asked me to give them five stars for their service, not a chance! Just simply stay away from any Carpet Call branch. They absolutely ruined us and caused a lot of frustration and we are absolutely not recommending them. Absolutely the worst company that we have ever come across with! I have to put one star just to be able to post this review publicly, but honestly I will not even put a single star if Google can let me post this review without giving a star.

The installers scratched my brand new timber staircase and offered to cover the cost of repairs, only to later back out and claim they did not do it. On top of this, my walls were scratched and scuffed more than one would expect, requiring walls the be patched up and repainted. Taking the matter up further with carpet call, they sent someone down from head office only to back the installer and claimed that they couldn’t have possibly scratched the stairs. After taking the matter further yet again, someone else came out and also insisted that they couldn’t have done it. The whole time they have poked holes at my claim, tried to avoid responsibility while claiming they were on my side, but clearly had their own interest at heart. What a load of crock. I have before and after photos that clearly show the damage they caused. Yet they still deny. What an absolute horrible experience I’ve had with carpet call. All they care about is taking your money. Would never use this company again.

I would like to thank Mr Gagan from Carpet Call South Morang for helping me out with my carpet issue which was pending for almost 2 years now. Really appreciate his efforts in reaching out to me proactively and helping understand my problem and resolving my case. I bought two carpet runners from South Morang carpet call almost two years back. I got both the carpets joined to make it fit my hallway size but the joined carpets were not in same length from both sides and hence I couldn't use it at all. Having visited carpet call for 8-10 times in last 2 years every rep just kept giving false hope for getting it fixed. I really want carpet call to improve their after sales process to address customer issues without giving them much troubles.

Everything from customer service, product quality, installation quality to efficiency was on point & taken care A-Z. Gem gave us great advice at the house visit & went out of his way to accommodate us. The installation was done & dusted within a day. The level of professionalism is outstanding.
