I second everyone who has commented about the non existent customer service. First time I went, the lady was rude. She was having an attitude problem because we were taking our time to select the balloon colours. I let it go thinking she was having a bad day. Went in the second time and it was the same. The short blonde hair lady was still grumpy and was behaving like she's doing a favour to others by existing. When asked if they had different type of of cake topper, she says no without even giving it a thought and then I noticed 5 different types, right behind her, on the wall. No regret on pointing out the she was lying/not interested. Don't know if she hates her job or just needs some more training.
